Mini Brie en Croute
We all know and love that gooey cheese and crispy crust Brie en Croute, it is a classic appetizer and for good reason. And this version just could not be any easier, only 3 ingredients and all the flavor you love and want. I like to use some good jam, this time I used mixed berry and it was delicious. Try it with jellied cranberry, guava paste, strawberries cooked in balsamic, or even some crispy bacon and caramelized onions. The possibilities are endless!
