Pepperoni and Jalapeno Pizza Rolls
I don’t know a single person that doesn’t like pizza, I mean it is perfect food amiright?! I thought, I need something that is pizza but only a couple bites and able to walk around with it. You are probably like, um pizza is already able to walked around, DUH! But these are little bites that look super cute, packed with flavor and only take a few minutes to whip up! I love the convenience of crescent rolls for these but use whatever dough you love. These are perfect for game day watching, school lunches (maybe leave out the jalapenos), a fun dinner, or a nibble with friends on appetizer night.
Pepperoni and Jalapeno Pizza Rolls
2 cans crescent rolls
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 bag pepperonis
1/4 cup pickled jalapenos
- Preheat the oven to 375 and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the crescent dough and pinch all the seams together to create one large rectangle. Spread pizza sauce over all of it, sprinkle with cheese, and arrange the pepperoni and jalapenos over the top.
- Carefully roll the dough into a log. Slice the log into 1” slices and arrange on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 minutes until browned and cooked through. Serve with ranch.
Use your favorite pizza toppings, this is a classic that is just soooooo good.
Roll out your Crescent dough, I like to do it on parchment paper.
Pinch all the seams together and then pat it to smooth it out a little.
Spread the pizza sauce all over
Gather your toppings…
Sprinkle on your cheese
Evenly place the pepperoni over the cheese
Then scatter the jalapenos all over
Slowly roll the dough up, be careful and shove in any toppings that try to escape!
Carefully pinch the seam together with your fingers.
Then slice it up with a sharp knife, about 3/4-1” each slice
Place on a cookie sheet and adjust the shape to a circle if needed. Then BAKE!
