Indian Naan Pizzas

We all need a dinner that takes minutes to get on the table and our family actually likes. This dinner is epic, pizza which is always a crowd pleaser but with the warm and delicious flavors of India. I make these on nights with some sport practice (we now have 4 days a week with sports) and need it quick because people are HUNGRY. I prep the chicken ahead of time so I just top these pizzas and get them into the oven as quickly as possible. These are so easy to adapt for your family too, below are suggestions for different ways to make them best work for you.

  • Vegan, use chickpeas roasted with the Indian Spice MIx and a plant-based cheese.

  • Gluten free - use a GF Naan or flatbread, pita is a great alternative

  • Dairy free - use a plant-based cheese

  • low carb - low carb crust is the only thing you need!

I also like this recipe because it used a spice mix and a jar of simmering sauce to bring the flavor with minimal effort. I hope you like these as much as my family did! If you are having a party, these are also an amazing appetizer, just make them into little slices and your guests will thank you!

Only a few ingredients for a dinner the whole family loves. You can totally switch it up for what you like too! The spice mix is so good on the chicken… and your house will smell amazing.

I like to prep all the other things while the chicken cooks, that way you aren’t wasting time.

Just look at that chicken, with all those spices baked in, you can use any extras as a salad topper, sooooo good.

I love the Masala Simmer Sauce from Trader Joe’s but use whatever you have or like.

Spread it all around, you can see the little chunks in this picture that make it packed with flavor.

Now get that cheese on there, you can use plant-based cheese too if you are vegan or dairy free.
