What the heck are we eating this week?
This is my first time doing WHAT’S FOR DINNER? for y’all and I’m excited. Back in the day, I used to do this every week on my blogspot. The people on the ‘gram said they were interested in a weekly plan and I am happy to oblige. Our Mondays are soccer nights so I try to make something that is easy to prep ahead and quick eating. And on the weekends, I like to do easier dinners because I need to relax too, plan for that peeps! Another note, I do grocery shopping (other than Costco) on Wednesdays so meals that need fresher ingredients are usually mid-week.
Our lunches are usually leftovers or just simple stuff we always have around the house. Breakfasts are usually simple. If I plan on prepping something ahead, I will include that too! This week I plan on making a healthy treat/snack to have hanging around. Below each day’s picture, there is a link to the recipe, this week happens to be all on my blog but if I find a recipe from a super talented person, I will include that too!
As this is the first week, any and all suggestions are encouraged. Do you need shopping lists? Tips and tricks? I also meal plan for a month at a time and I am finalizing my post talking all about this and how it works for our family.

I am actually making two of these, one for my fam to enjoy and one in a freezer bag for a sweet mama to be as a quick dinner to pop into the slow cooker!
