What the heck are we eating this week?
This is the last full week of March and I can’t believe we are already almost to April! Spring Break is over and the start of our older daughter’s soccer season so it’s going to start getting a little crazy here! We are taking some time to drop the kids off at the gym and take a date night so I don’t have anything for Saturday. I actually suggest y’all schedule one too, this is our first date in over a YEAR!
Monday
Instant Pot Chicken and Wild Rice Soup is a great way to start your week! I love Family Fresh Meals recipe!
Tuesday
Meatloaf Meatballs and Legit Mashed Potatoes is such a family favorite meal. Quick to get together and you can even prep it all ahead of time!
Wednesday
Mahi Mahi with Avocado Salsa with a side of Southwestern Slaw is one of the best ways to usher in the warm weather. If fish isn’t your favorite, just use some chicken!
Thursday
A dinner of fries? I mean what could be better than Loaded Nacho Fries?
Friday
This dinner is healthy and delicious and made by one of the best bloggers, The Defined Dish. Sheet Pan Chicken Shawarma with Lemon Tahini Drizzle. I usually grab some Naan or pita from the store to enjoy with it too!
Saturday - I think we are going out for a date night!!!!
Sunday
Loaded Chili is always a great meal to make for Sunday, it makes a ton, is hearty and comforting, not a lot of work, and it likes to hang out all day, just like you do.
