Fruit Pizza Roll Ups
I think we have all been to a potluck with one of those delicious Fruit Pizzas, you know the one with a sugar cookie crust, cream cheese frosting, and decorated with fruit. With school starting up again, either at home or in class, you need to feed those little ones. And I thought, why not make a fun roll-up for them? My girls love roll up sandwiches, I do mayo, mustard, a little ham, and roll it up! So easy and it is quick for them to eat in a fun little package. These are so good as a snack, breakfast, or a part of the lunchbox. You can even make them vegan if you want, just swap the cream cheese and yogurt for a plant based variety, I know there are some amazing ones out there. The best part is you can swap the fruits for whatever your family prefers, I just used the traditional toppings. Honestly, my girls did not like the kiwi so I will leave that out next time. Apples, pears, mandarin oranges, bananas, all berries, basically anything you love would work fantastically!
Gluten free is easy, just use a GF tortilla or wrap. Low carb/keto - use a low carb tortilla and swap the maple syrup with some monk fruit sweetener. Make these your own!

1/2 cup kiwi, diced
- In a small bowl, stir together the cream cheese, yogurt, and maple syrup until combined. in a separate bowl, combine the fruits and stir.
- Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture on the tortilla, leaving a border around the tortilla. Sprinkle the fruit evenly over the top.

- Remove from the freezer and slice into sections, serve!
Here is everything you need to make your roll ups. This is a great snack to make for and with the kids!
Stir together the cream cheese, yogurt, and maple syrup. I used one whisk on my hand mixer to make it even faster. So fluffy and creamy, if there is any extra, this is amazing on cinnamon toast.
Mix all those fruits together, make sure that you chop everything pretty finely so they roll better.
Drop a blop of the cream cheese on that tortilla. You can totally use a smaller tortilla, I just like the larger size so I can make a whole snack in one go.
Spread it out, leaving a border all the way around. You don’t want it to be super thick because it will squish out.
Spoon the fruit on
Get it all over in an even layer.
Annnnndddd rolllllllll
Repeat with your tortillas and wrap each one in cling wrap. And pop into the freezer. These can hang out there for a while, perfect to place in the fridge the night before to thaw and then slice the next day for lunches! The freezing process helps them keep their shape when slicing.
