Nutty Fruit Dip
Years ago, I found this recipe for a creamy peanut butter dip for fruit, it was delicious and addictive. When I realized that peanuts made me feel less than stellar, I knew I had to figure something out that was equally delicious. This comes together in minutes and I give options to make it vegan and/or nut free, perfect for all those summer playdates you need to feed a herd of hungry kids. It’s “clean”, Paleo, dairy free, and gluten free and everyone will love it to dip fruit, pretzels, and whatever else you find to dip.
This dip literally has a handful of ingredient that you just stir together and chill. I served mine with some fruit and pretzels alongside a rainbow vegetable board. The kids loved it and I loved dipping all the healthy stuff! It was amazing drizzled over some oatmeal too, ‘scuse me, I need to run to my pantry and fridge to whip more up!
