Frozen Yogurt Cups
Summer is upon us, I know many kiddos are out of school in just a couple weeks. Which means we will be scrambling for breakfasts that our kids won’t complain about, keeps them full, and bonus if it is chilled for hot mornings! These Frozen Yogurt Cups are just too good, easy to prep ahead, packed with protein from the yogurt, grains for keeping them full longer, and fruit to sweeten the deal. Perfect to make with the kids, let them chose the flavors and they will look forward to them so much. Also a great snack, they can easily be vegan/dairy free with some plant-based yogurt. Gluten free families just make sure your granola is GF certified! What more could you want in a little cup?

Fresh fruit to compliment yogurt
- In a silicone mold, pour about 2 Tablespoons yogurt at the bottom, top with a Tablespoon of granola and then an additional 2 Tablespoons yogurt.
- Top with your fruit selection and repeat until all molds are filled. Freeze in mold for at least 1 hour.
- Once frozen completely, remove and store in freezer bag for breakfasts or snacks.
Gather all your items, I like to put my silicone mold on a cookie sheet so it is stable.
I would suggest grabbing a granola that isn’t in super big chunks, that way it is easier to assemble.
These are the flavors my family loves. You can totally do this with dairy free, plant-based yogurt too, just make sure it is on the thicker side. If you grab a flavored type, make sure to stir it up so all the flavors are distributed.
I grabbed some raspberries, blueberries, and canned peaches to compliment the yogurt flavors I chose.
Spoon the yogurt into your mold, I used a regular muffin mold for these.
All the flavors are in there…
Make that granola rain!
Make sure it is spread out to cover the whole space.
Spoon on more yogurt, this is going to keep that granola in place.
Get that fruit on top for extra flavor and to let everyone know what they are grabbing.
Ready for the freezer! That’s it!
