Caesar Brussels
I personally love Brussel Sprouts but my family has different opinions, but this recipe changed their mind right quick! It is roasted sprouts prepared like a Caesar salad, which is a family favorite around here. Grab your favorite bottle of Caesar dressing and you have a delicious side vegetable. The crunch of crushed croutons add just what it needs and the salty Parm rounds it out so well.
Super easy to adapt to your needs, Vegans and dairy free peeps use a vegan Caesar dressing and plant-based cheese. Low carbers can swap those croutons for chopped nuts. Whole30ers can use nuts and omit the cheese. Gluten free is easy, just use your favorite GF croutons. Any way you make it, its delicious and you will love it as much as my fam does.
