Dreamsicle
I don’t know what your week has been like, but I definitely need a cocktail after mine. With all the back and forth with school, my kids had a small cold so no playdates for them, the husband having a stressful work week, and in general, just being together TOO DAMN MUCH! It all came in a storm with big feelings from 3 out of the 4 of us, which sucks, but is real life. Anyway, I am not saying cocktails are the answer for stress or frustration, I have them once in a while, but when I do have one, I want it DELICIOUS. Growing up, we had Orange Julius at the mall as a treat, you guess is as good as mine if they are around still. Man, what I would give for carefree mall drop off days with friends…This drinky drank is an adult version of that favorite from youth and it is strong in the best way. I even made a couple for my girls, without the alcohol obviously, and one liked it, one didn’t, pretty par for the course around here. So try this drink if you want a little escape to your younger, more carefree days, but need a little push to be carefree! You could even blend it all together for that authentic Orange Julius/Creamsicle drink!

Really simple drink, because when you want a drink, you don’t want a million steps or ingredients amiright?
Get that ice up about 3/4 of the glass, I got these highball glasses for less than a dollar at Target.

Gently pour in the creamy coconut milk and watch the swirls. Then stir it up and drink!
