Loaded Nacho Fries
Two of the ultimate appetizers come together in this bad boy, Nachos and Loaded Fries! This is absolutely perfect for Cinco de Mayo, no one will guess that you can make it Whole30! I made a couple different versions, one for me, strickly Whole30, and one for my family, a perfect, clean, Food Freedom version.
This dinner comes together easily and you can top it with your faves. How fun would a Cinco de Mayo party with a build your own Nacho Fries with tons of toppings. No one will feel like they are missing any kind of party with these! Even vegans and vegetarians could enjoy, leave off the meat and add more beans, or even some crumbled soy-rizo would be amazing! My kids inhaled this dinner too so there is no excuse, put this on your to-make list!
